Refuse management
The communities of Geneva have a long experience in the management of refuse from events. The implication of teams from the refuse collecting department and their ability to react speedily and efficiently are frequently put to the test, for instance during the Geneva Festivals, at the end of the Lake Parade or for the Music Festival. The concepts of refuse management site cleaning, tried and tested over many years, will be adapated to the specificities of EURO 2008 in order to guarantee an image of cleanliness worthy of our canton.
