The seasonal ice rink in les Bastions is now open to skating fans until 25 February 2024. Access is free for all from Tuesday to Sunday, with the possibility of hiring skates on site.

Once again this year, experienced skaters and new beginners will be able to take advantage of the ice rink installed in Parc des Bastions throughout the winter.
This 400 m² mobile seasonal ice rink offers anyone and everyone the chance to enjoy a local, open-air sporting activity in an attractive setting beside the International Monument to the Reformation. Throughout the winter until 25 February 2024.
Times and activities
The ice rink is open from Tuesday to Sunday at the following times:
Tuesday to Friday: 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.;
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.;
Sunday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Rates
Use of the ice rink is free and ice skates can be hired on site at a cost of CHF 2. Furthermore, skate mates are available free of charge for children and more hesitant skaters.
Work placements and part-time jobs for young people
Use of les Bastions ice rink, which is managed by the Youth Service together with the Sports Service, contributes to the socio-professional insertion of many young people, under the supervision of the association BaB-VIA, who benefit from work placements and part-time jobs.
