Supervised by professional coaches, these physical and sporting activities will be organised in a number of venues around the city on both sides of the lake: Parc La Grange, Pont de la Machine, the Reformation Wall, Baby-Plage, Bains des Pâquis, Perle du Lac, Art and History Museum.

There is a wide range of activities on offer: yoga, zumba, pilates, pushchair gym, urban training, summer running, parent-child circuit training (in pairs), Feldenkrais. All these activities offer people the chance to do sport in groups, regardless of their fitness levels or experience.

These introductory activities, which are 100% free, supplement the sports services organised all year round by the City of Geneva with its sports camps for young people, adults and senior citizens as well as sports classes organised at La Canopée.

Registration

Registration for the classes is free but mandatory. It can be done online, from one week to the next at the end of each class, on the reservations platform.
