Walks open to all will take place at 10 a.m. every Tuesday in Parc Bertrand, every Wednesday in Parc des Franchises and every Thursday in Parc Baud-Bovy. These sessions provide an opportunity to do a physical activity close to home in a pleasant, convivial atmosphere.
As the fine weather returns, we want nothing more than to get outdoors! So slip into some comfortable clothes and shoes and take part in an activity offering you the chance to keep fit while supporting your general well-being.
The one-hour sessions are supervised by the healthcare professionals of the Social Service.
Parc Baud-Bovy has been added to the existing sites following the success of the past two years. The walks are adapted to all levels so that everyone feels welcome and can enjoy the City at its best. It is also the opportunity to meet new people and share special moments with your peers.
All the ingredients are there for you to have a wonderful time and to put your health first!
Staying active with other senior citizens is intended for self-reliant people who are physically mobile and who can or can’t walk with auxiliary means (canes, rollators, etc.).
The activity is free of charge, requires no registration and takes place in all weather.
