From 2 November 2022 until 5 April 2023, the ludobus will be taking up its winter quarters on Wednesday afternoons from 2.30 p.m. to 5 p.m., alternating between the Hugo-de-Senger and Geisendorf school yards. Despite the cold weather, there will plenty to keep visitors occupied, discovering the 300 games proposed by the games librarians.
After the success encountered during the summer, the ludobus is back in its winter format, based in two sites (northern and southern shores), much to the delight of children and families.
300 games to discover
So come on down to the Hugo-de-Senger and Geisendorf central school yards from 2 November 2022 to 5 April 2023! The winter ludobus will be setting up stall at each site every other Wednesday, from 2.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Some 300 games are available to schoolchildren and four games librarians are hand to organise the service.
The winter ludobus provides children and families with a fine range of activities to brighten up Wednesday afternoons and spend time outdoors. Designed to offer all children access to leisure activities, this social outreach programme is organised by the Schools and Child Institutions Service. It completes the service provided by the 12 games libraries subsidised by the City of Geneva.
All locations and times of the winter ludobus are available in the flyer available for download below. The activity is free of charge and takes place in all weather.
