Ludobus: fulfilment while playing this summer!

When they open their doors, the red and blue ludobuses offer over 300 games for children to discover and share. The staff members install the equipment and supervise the events on site. These free, open-air activities requiring no registration offer a unique opportunity for children and families to enjoy special moments together discovering new games.

Summer opening times

• In May and September, the ludobuses can be found in the school yards from Monday to Thursday between 4 p.m. and 6.30 p.m.
• In July and August, the ludobuses are on hand in public squares and parks from Monday to Thursday between 3.30 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Grow up by playing

At the end of the school day or during the summer holidays, children therefore have the chance to develop their creativity, meet new friends, share precious moments with their peers and become accustomed to life in the community. These key moments help build self-confidence and foster social ties, thereby contributing to the children’s healthy development and sense of fulfilment.

This initiative is organised by the Schools and Child Institutions Service. The ludobuses encourage social cohesion, offer a chance to meet up in a pleasant atmosphere and facilitate the integration of all families. They bring young and old together to share fun moments in the open air. 

A guaranteed presence

In addition to their presence in the public squares and parks, the ludobuses will also be on hand at the Fête des écoles in Parc des Bastions on Friday 30 June 2023 between 4.30 p.m. and 9.30 p.m., and in Parc des Acacias during the games libraries open day on Saturday 30 September 2023 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
