Musiques en été returns to Parc La Grange and the Ella Fitzgerald Stage from 3 July to 25 August. A rich and varied programme that will almost make you regret leaving Geneva for the holidays!
An XXL programme
The programming seeks to eliminate musical labels, merge styles and spark audiences’ curiosity, and the organisers of Musiques en été have once again met their aims, as you’ll be spoilt for choice. New discoveries join the legends – or vice versa! Different genres meet, mix and mingle on the same stage.
Antibalas, one of the flagship groups of the New York afrobeat scene, will get the festivities rolling, bringing the Ella Fitzgerald Sage to life!
Three concerts a week throughout the summer
Having gone through several formats, the event has now found a home on the Ella Fitzgerald Stage. As the cultural stage of the City of Geneva, it has hosted the entire Musiques en été programme since the summer of 2022 with three concerts a week in July and August, at 9 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The concerts are held in the open-air and are freely accessible. It’s an offering that will spark everyone’s musical curiosity and champion accessibility for all. A raised platform for people with reduced mobility will again be available for improved visibility of the stage.
