Registrations

Priority will be given to residents of the City of Geneva.
Subscriptions will open:

• on 3 May from 8:30 a.m. for people residing in the City of Geneva
• on 10 May from 8:30 a.m for the general public

Who is this procedure intended for?

This procedure is intended for parents and legal guardians whishing to enroll their child or children for summer sports classes. Priority will be given to the people residing on the territory of the City of Geneva.

What are the conditions?

Before beginning this procedure, you must read the general conditions presented in the PDF document at the bottom of the page.

Parents can enrol one or more children. Each child can be enrolled in a maximum of five classes.

List of the sports classes

We advise you to check the details of the classes using the search engine and to check availability before beginning the procedure.

We inform you that there is no waiting list. If a place should become free, enrolment for the class is reopened.

What to do?

This procedure is to be carried out online only following the steps indicated below in the following order:

Family account and registration of the participants

The creation of a family account is mandatory to be able to enrol children in the classes.

The family account can be created at any time. We advise you to create or to update it before the inscriptions opening.

Register each participant in your family account by entering your personal details and those of all your children. The address of each participant must be indicated to enable the enrolling process.

Searching and choosing a class

• search for a class to find the activity of your choice;
• choose the class and check that it is available;
• click on “Réserver” (Book);
• select the name of the child you want to enrol in the chosen class;
• repeat this operation for each class and, where applicable, for each child;
• confirm the information when you have finalised your choice of activities for all your children.

Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Postfinance) only.

Please make sure you have your credit card nearby in order to make the payment.

Confirmation of enrolment

Confirmation of enrolment is immediate: you will receive an e-mail with the information concerning the class.

Registration refunds

Registration refunds are made exclusively on presentation of a medical certificate which must be submitted to the Sports Department no later than 15 days after the last course taken. Refunds will be paid until August 31, 2022 at the latest.
