Who is this procedure intended for?
This procedure is intended for any natural or legal person wishing to install a banner in a public area.
When must I submit my request?
The request must be submitted at least 15 days before installation.
Which documents are required?
Your request must be accompanied by the following information:
- the event: type, start and end, venue;
- the banner: dates when installed/removed, dimensions, content;
- the desired locations.
How will your application be processed?
A banner can be installed no earlier than 15 days before the event. It must be removed within 48 hours of the end of the event. In total, it may not be installed for more than 30 days.
What to do?
You must download the authorisation for installing banners request form below, print it, complete it and return it to the Public Areas Department.
