If you lose your dog or find a stray dog, contact a municipal police station or a gendarmerie post and the cantonal pound.
The cantonal pound is responsible for collecting stray dogs from public thoroughfares and looking for their owners. If the owner cannot be found, an animal is entrusted to the SPA in order to find it a new home.
