The City of Geneva provides support for anyone wishing to write a letter. On a pro bono basis and in complete confidentiality, a public writer can help you organise your ideas and write your letters, administrative or otherwise.
In order to reduce the risk of the coronavirus spreading , the 4 Information points has been closed. A hotline is provided: 0800 44 77 00 (7/7 - 8:30-12:00 and 13:30-17:00).
The delivery Public writer has been suspended until further notice. The delivery Autour d'une table has been suspended too.
People are welcomed in their neighbourhood by a volunteer who helps them write different documents within the boundaries of the legal framework, such as:
- cover letters;
- administrative letters (except legal action), etc.
