Offering guidance and a listening ear, the City of Geneva information points are tasked with providing the public with all types of useful information. The services provided include accompaniment for any administrative procedures to be completed.
In order to reduce the risk of the coronavirus spreading , the 4 Information points has been closed. A hotline is provided: 0800 44 77 00 (from monday to friday - 8:30-12:30 and 13:00-17:00).
The delivery Public writer has been suspended until further notice. The delivery Autour d'une table has been suspended too.
The information points serve the population as a whole and are part of the local social outreach mechanism.
