Sports classes for young people

With the support of highly competent coaches, we offer young people aged 4 to 17 the opportunity to try their hand at some 50 original disciplines in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. These disciplines are available over two periods: the school year and the summer holidays.

All sports facilities have been closed to the public since 2 November. All current subscriptions are suspended from this date.
From 23 November, only the following activities will once again be open to the public: tennis at Vessy Sports Centre and le Bois-des-Frères Sports Centre, and badminton at le Bois-des-Frères Sports Centre. For these two activities, only singles matches are authorised (doubles prohibited).

Sports classes during the summer holidays

Summer is the ideal time to enjoy sports and recreational activities. To enable young people aged 4 to 17 to discover a new sport or improve their performance in their chosen sport during the holidays, the City of Geneva has developed a wide range of classes.

For young people, these classes are a place where they can share experiences and learn the meaning of team spirit, perseverance and the pleasure of playing. Run by experienced teachers, these classes are adapted to every budget. They are open to all young people interested in accordance with the given age restrictions and subject to availability.

During our sports classes, parents might be tempted to take photographs or videos which will necessarily include other children alongside their own. However, in accordance with the existing provisions, it is prohibited to photograph or post photographs or videos of clearly recognisable children online without the authorisation of their parents. Parents and legal guardians are therefore asked to take all necessary precautions to ensure that only their own child can be identified.
