Launch of the digital platform of the association Ô P'tit-Sac

In March 2021, the Department of Social Cohesion and Solidarity organised a participatory online workshop which was a great success, bringing together a hundred residents from the district of le Petit-Saconnex. This original participatory approach was part of the extended action plan for the Servette – Petit-Saconnex district 2019-2021.

This participatory approach gave rise to the association Ô P’tit-Sac, which brings together the residents, associations and partners of the district of le Petit-Saconnex. On 9 March, a digital platform was launched for the residents of this district.

This new website, accessible to all with no prior registration and compatible with use on a smartphone, provides all the useful information concerning neighbourhood life:

• presentation of the association Ô P’tit-Sac;
• events diary;
• information concerning local partners, etc.

How to contribute to the digital platform?

After registering, any site user can publish information on www.o-ptit-sac.ch, without necessarily being a member of the association Ô P'tit-Sac. To accompany the launch of the website, training courses are organised by Ô P’tit-Sac, supported by the Servette Petit-Saconnex/St-Jean social outreach centre, intended for inhabitants and partners within the district. The creation of the Ô P'tit-Sac digital platform is part of the local social outreach policy developed by the Department of Social Cohesion and Solidarity. This website is designed to evolve according to the demands and needs of the Petit-Saconnex district.
