End of year festivities in the community centres

On Wednesday 20 December, two of the City’s community centres invite residents to spend an enjoyable time, meet other people, discover activities and get into the festive atmosphere.

A magical Christmas market at the community centre Le 99

Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to stroll around the Christmas market and listen to the Christmas carols. Entertainment and a circus show for kids will bring the community centre Le 99 to life. The highlight of the day will doubtless be the much anticipated arrival of Father Christmas at the beginning of the afternoon.

To make this day even more special, we invite everyone to share a convivial meal, with a delicious risotto offered to all the participants.

Everyone in a horse-drawn carriage at Sécheron community centre

Throughout the afternoon, you can offer your children a magical moment with carriage rides. For children, a dedicated make-up and games area will be set up at Sécheron community centre, with storytelling time serving up magical stories. At the heart of the event, a dance show will grab everyone’s attention.

The Sécheron and Le 99 community centres are under the responsibility of the local social outreach team. They are made available to local residents, associations and groups, offering a gathering place meeting the community’s needs. Following a call for projects, activities will be organised throughout the year, with different rooms made available on an occasional basis.

These end of year festivities at the Sécheron and Le 99 community centres promise a healthy dose of joy, laughter and moments of sharing. Everyone is welcome to come along and celebrate the magic of the festive season.
