In the unique atmosphere of the École du Chocolat in the center of Geneva, at the meeting time, we will welcome you for this 2-hour introductory chocolate making course.
While tasting some of La Bonbonnière’s flagship creations, our master chocolatiers will explain the history of Swiss chocolate and its secrets to you.
Then, you will move from theory to practice by experimenting with various techniques and creating your own winter-flavored chocolate truffles.
