From 1 to 24 February, marvel at the artistic performances served up by the Antigel festival and set out in festive exploration of the municipalities of Geneva.
With its musical picks, its ingenious shows, its new unexplored locations and its “anti-rust” programme, the 14th edition of Antigel promises to be a searing success! For 3 weeks, Antigel will take festival-goers on a tour of 40 locations around the region through a series of unique themes and moods.
Music
This year, the musical programme has plenty of character and is more adventurous than ever. Behind the scenes of this exciting programme blending numerous styles, a major effort has been made to combine the emergence of new projects with the presence of legendary artists.
Some of the names on the programme: Kruder & Dorfmeister, Slowdive, French 79, Charlie Cunningham, Flavien Berger, Lala &ce, Air, Föllakzoid and many others.
Shows
With regard to the performing arts, it’s a programme in two acts, including indoor shows and walks outside. An offering that combines artistic themes and in-depth moral questions.
The programme includes three main thrusts:
- shows involving ingenious devices that challenge our points of view and surprise us;
- shows with a strong societal element that bring meaning to the very heart of the programme;
- multifaceted evenings for a diverse range of pleasures.
Dreamed up by the Antigel team, the original “Made In d’Antigel” artistic offerings bring the public, the different disciplines and the region together.
Anti-rust: sport and well-being
In 2024, it’s time to get your trainers and colourful leggings out: yoga classes, "night run" and a wild aerobics session – the “anti-rust” events are guaranteed to get the public moving. A healthy activity with a cultural twist for a healthy mind in a healthy body.
