The records played during this DJ Set come from the Marco Botta collection, acquired by MEG in 2011. The collection includes almost 5,000 LPs, most of which date from the 1960s and 70s, and have been released on a multitude of labels around the world. The artists are invited to come and dig through our collections a few hours before their set
Bowmore aka Florence Halazy is a Geneva-based artist who was born into the alternative scene over 10 years ago. Her career in electronic music has made her a key figure on the French-speaking Switzerland scene, not only as a DJ but also as a curator and resident on the Club Selectors programme on the public radio station Couleur3. With her inimitable radar, her sets oscillate between techno and bass, energised by a wide range of electronic music. More than just a set, it's a whole reflection and reappropriation of the clubbing scene that she delivers to her dancefloor, a journey between the new sounds that are sweeping the clubs and an ode to those that have shaped them.
